If your looking for a steal deal on a bunk house 5th wheel. You owe it to yourself to check this one out! How bout this, a brand new 2010 Gulfstream Canyon Trail 31FQBH which is a quad bunk, double slide out that has a ton of room inside. This 5th wheel has a front walk around Island queen bed and a really nice, very private side aisle bathroom. It has a full super slide in the living area and a bunk slide in the kids room. This unit also has (2) fold down trundle beds if you need extra sleeping room. It will sleep a total of 10 people!! This unit is 33' long and only weighs 9159lbs. That's pretty light for a 5th wheel of this size. Gulfstream builds a nice unit too. They use aluminum sidewalls, fronts and backs to help reduce weight! Again, it's a great floor plan and it's priced below actual dealer invoice! Here's a list of the options that were ordered on this unit. The interior color is Earth Tan. It has a swing arm TV bracket, Cherry Wood cabinets and decor, this unit was special built with heated holding tanks, which makes this unit a (4) seasons RV! It also has double insulation in the roof and floors. Instead of the standard 35K BTU furnace, this unit has a 42K BTU furnace! It has a fantastic fan with touch pad controls in the master bedroom, it has an air mattress hide-a-bed sofa in place of the jack knife sofa. It has the quad bunk bed spreads, it also has a free standing dinette and (4) chairs. This unit has a double door refer with the matching Cherry fronts, It was ordered with the Trail Air suspension, the upgraded 16" aluminum wheels, power rear stab jacks and a power awning!
