If you're looking for a bunk house or loft style 5th wheel, here's is one of the coolest floor plans your ever going to walk in!! This new "Tree House" by Sandpiper brings back some good ole' memories. Remember when we used raw saw mill lumber to build our tree houses?? When you walk in this unit, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. It has all the amenities that you would expect from Sandpiper, they just added a lot more. It has a side aisle bathroom that Mom will definitely love, a very nice walk around KING size bed that Dad can stretch out on, cabinets and closets everywhere in this unit! What this units mainly about is definitely the kids room. Their door even has a peep hole so they can see who's trying to get in! Plus this RV has a 1/2 bathroom in the rear for the kids!! It has a 10 gallon gas/electric DSI hot water heater instead of a 6 gallon, the spare tire kit, very nice upgraded 16" Aluminum wheels and a water filtration system!
