Here is a super clean 2009 Heartland Big Horn 3100RL 5th wheel that we recently took in trade. This rear lounge is loaded with options and features. The interior color is Tan with Oak cabinetry and this unit will sleep (4) people. There is a walk around slide out queen bed in the master bedroom, it has the new 88 degree turning radius front cap which not only helps the short bed pick up trucks, it also give Mom a seriously HUGE front wardrobe! It's like a walk in closet! The 3100RL also has a very nice walk through bathroom with a large NEO angle corner shower. As you walk down the steps to the living area, you'll see a very nice, L-Shaped counter top with a full kitchen with solid surface counter tops, ball bearing drawer guides, and the nicest Solid Oak cabinets that the industry offers! When you read the brochure that says they are Amish made, that's the truth, I went to Heartland myself and watched these guys hand craft the cabinets one at a time, plus they also use hardwood cabinets styles. There's not many manufactures out there today that can say that!! In the living area, it has a huge super slide with an air mattress hide-a-bed sofa and a dinette table with four chairs, In the rear of the coach you'll find two very nice rocker recliners. Some upgraded features you'll find on this 5th wheel include raised panel fronts on the refrigerator, an LCD TV, an electric fireplace, a ceiling fan, a fire extinguisher, very nice day/night shades, a surround sound stereo, it is washer/dryer prepped, it has a 16' A&E power awning, (2) 30 lb. LP tanks, it does have power front landing legs, rear power stabilizer jacks and a rear ladder. This coach also has a spare tire, an enclosed underbelly where the tanks and the valves are heated! It has the Trail-Air suspension system, a central vacuum system, an outside shower, a black tank flush, a 12 gallon G/E DSI water heater, an ABS hitch cover, 16" alloy wheels and a 15K BTU -ducted roof A/C.
